Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum)


Milk thistle, a natural herb that has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, is commonly used to detoxify the body, especially the liver. It is a very powerful and has many important nutrients like vitamin E or vitamin C, which help fight free radical damage and slow the aging process, which can lead to disease development. PREPARATION: Boil 3 cups of water. Turn of the fire. Use a small handful of the dried herb and add it to the boiled water to steep for at least 30 minutes
